No fuss Scratch Cheese Pizza recipe 40 minutes start to eat.

1 cup all purpose flour
1 table spoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Spoonful of soft butter
1/2 cup warm water
1 can tomato paste
1 can full of water
1 clove of garlic – minced

grate some cheese – whatever you like. I prefer colby, mozzarella, with a little smelly cheese like Parmesan.

I use a cheap pizza stone for baking but anything should work.

Pre heat oven to 435

In a large mixing bowl prepare the crust:

Mix the flour, salt, baking powder and butter together.
Add 1/2 cup of warm water.
Mix the dough with a strong fork (pretend your arm is a mixing machine)
Turn it until it forms a ball.
the key to the dough is – not to dry not to wet.
Let the dough sit under a towel for about 5 minutes.

In a small mixing bowl, prepare the sauce:

mix one can of water with tomato paste.
mix in the garlic

Put the dough on a clean surface to roll. (I use a cutting board)

Dust the surface with flour (don’t be shy about the dusting its important)
Knead the dough a little and roll into a ball
Roll the dough into to a circle if you can. (don’t panic if you make a square its ok)

Put the rolled dough on your cooking pan

Spread the sauce evenly
Sprinkle the cheese

Cook it for about 15 minutes. (The oven that you use makes a lot of difference in cooking time)
